Type 2 diabetic,,, medication is 20 mg..Prozac... . Was going to HSU once, in morning, took long lasting insulin

and regular insulin and medication... Have not taken anything in 1 1/2 weeks... In the world clinics have lots of

patients and know records,, here not many inmates and they act like we have to do a file review and pay for

copies to show them our medical issues.. I got locked up April 10,1997.. I have pinched nerve in left arm from

C6/C7 in neck, arm goes numb can't use it to support body weight to go up/down top bunk,,neuropathy in both

feet, wear diabetic shoes,, chronic knee pain,..was asked if I was able to shower, go to dinning hall..made it sound (nurse) like I am OK.. Thank you.. Joel
