 I am writing you on the behalf of Steven  Altpeter  628513.

 I have witnessed him getting threatened on 9622 around 11:30 a.m. and on 822 around 11:45 a.m. by the inmate in Cell b74 in the North Cell Hall gbci. We don't know his name. That inmate told him( Steven), that he would stab him.I have told XXXX that works in this cell Hall what I have witnessed and she just looked at me, not believing and said okay. She didn't do s***- nothing about it.

 This is messed up. If an an inmate threatens another inmate, CEOs don't do nothing about it. But when an inmate threatens staff or Co,they lock up the inmate. What you be GBCI staff or cos don't do  it's F..ed up. .. I have witnessed  (this)at osci  and two other  prisons I have been to.  Steven is scared for his life and staff don't do shit about it. 

 The DOC is not following their own policy about mental health code( m h code) . Steven is MH1 but he is on the following meds: (very strong meds).  He was also diagnosed with bipolar, suffers from paranoia, hearing voices and depression, He's supposed to be MH2 because of what he is diagnosed with and what meds he is on. Also it takes about a month to see PSU staff, and when you do see them , they rush you out of the room when you need to tell him something important. That is like they don't want to help and hear the inmates’ problems. 

Also, Steven has been having problems with the COs when they don't do nothing to him when he has a problem with other inmates. It messes with his mentality in a bad way. He is sick of these problems he has with staff and inmates when it don't get resolved. He is a convicted sex offender and he feels like he is being targeted by staff and inmates. He believes this is a hate crime. He is not the only one who feels this way. I do too.

 I'm diagnosed with PTSD. Loud noises, Shadows, being touched from behind, too much moving around me, hypervigilance, FlashBacks, Paranoia, nightmares  are some of the symptoms I have. I have some very bad traumatic experiences. Psychological Services is not taking my PTS serious. They are not trying to help me get PTSD trauma treatment programming for my condition." At present is defendant and faces new charges.

 Note: tazing is a big problem- the guards are untrained and overworked- many forced to work two shifts. They use tazers all the time necessarily- supervisors are the only ones that are supposed to taze but everyone does at a whim. I just wrote the  Sheriff FDL county at request of TCI woman tazed 4 times. One trouble is that the guards type up the prisoners statements and get it all wrong - cutting and changing at will. And the new point system does not allow appeals for minor conduct reports and  it is used to retaliate .

 I am a victim of the PSU/ Psychological Service Unit. there are no type of help. I wrote multiple PSU slips about me hearing and seeing ghosts and mental health needs, my depression Etc. I wrote HSU and PSU asking for the 1163 and 1163 forms I will fill them out as soon as HSU in the social social worker sends me this lips. I wrote multiple ice complaint forms about the Hsu/ PSU mistreatment which all the I see/ complaint were dismissed. I want to be part of the class action lawsuit you are attempting to do. also I am Indigent so I don't have really any type of funds to continue to write back and forth besides the two monthly stamps they give us. also feel free to ask or send me any questions you have. also feel free to send me anything that will help me with my mental health. please get back to me as soon as possible thank you

 I just got back from the hospital and out of abs  after oding and trying to kill myself, now security wrote me a ticket and wants me to pay the hospital bill even though  one week before my attempted suicide I wrote PSU and told them how I felt completely And they completely ignored my cries for help and almost cost me my life.

 

 all this happened because COII Wedge, CO2 s l e r z a n t(sp?), s g t M e z e n e t t e  and LT  scullion  constantly keep harassing me and fabricating tickets in order to prevent me from being promoted to phase four and get released from seg,  what happened to the doj investigation? they turned my WI-Fi off and can't I can't send no emails,They they also keep throwing my mail away in order to keep me from fighting my criminal case and lawsuits that I got  pending in federal  court. please help me
