Reports of Prisoners "snapping out", getting Conduct reports and new charges.cause? unlivable conditions. constnat lockdonws and little rec, showers few and no rehabiitation. FOod too little and sometime inedible, AND ALwSY Stuck in their cell, oftern tow to a cell and they do not get along. We have asked for  recommendations for changes now.

James Cook, in trouble in Solitary and not getting Tablet, a new tool available to all prisoners. 

GBCI:

Prisoners on AC( Administrative Confinement,) which is a nonpunitive designation, are supposd to get all the propoerty General population gets.. Here James Cook reports of serious mental problmes in Solitary and that he was unfarily put on SC and they do not give hem the tablet.

 My name is James Cook. I'm in Green Bay Correctional Institution. I'm in restricted housing unit. I wrote the  Psychological Service more than 20 times since I've been in restricted housing unit. it's this Captain named r o z m a r y n o s k i- she told psychological staff we suiting up and so when they do that it stop us from going to group and seeing Psychological Services. I wrote it up and filed a complaint. I need help:don't know what to do next.

 And now they trying to put me in administrative confinement for threats. I didn't threaten no one and I don't want to. I told them I was going through psychological mental problems: I need help and I want help. and they still put me in administrative confinement and I told him I can't be down in the hole for a year because of my psychological problems. And I told the staff that they are not trying to help me. I had my mother call up here to Green Bay. what else can I do? Help me.

    Hey this is James Cook. I'm sorry it took so long to write back. So since the last time we talked it got worse in Green Bay. So I'm on AC. We are supposed to be getting everything GP gets but they got us in restrictive housing unit (rhu). but when I look at the DOC 308, it says AC inmates are non-punitive status and we've been  writing the warden about our tablets. They not trying to give us the tablets. And in every other Max prison, AC inmates get their tablets. We need your help with this. 

    I wrote up PSU for not seeing us in the hole. we got a new PSU staff. His name is Dr Green. He’s not doing his job. our RHU in Green Bay is not okay up here.
