 I am writing you on the behalf of Steven  Altpeter  628513.

 I have witnessed him getting threatened on 9622 around 11:30 a.m. and on 822 around 11:45 a.m. by the inmate in Cell b74 in the North Cell Hall gbci. We don't know his name. That inmate told him( Steven), that he would stab him.I have told XXXX that works in this cell Hall what I have witnessed and she just looked at me, not believing and said okay. She didn't do s***- nothing about it.

 This is messed up. If an an inmate threatens another inmate, CEOs don't do nothing about it. But when an inmate threatens staff or Co,they lock up the inmate. What you be GBCI staff or cos don't do  it's F..ed up. .. I have witnessed  (this)at osci  and two other  prisons I have been to.  Steven is scared for his life and staff don't do shit about it. 

 The DOC is not following their own policy about mental health code( m h code) . Steven is MH1 but he is on the following meds: (very strong meds).  He was also diagnosed with bipolar, suffers from paranoia, hearing voices and depression, He's supposed to be MH2 because of what he is diagnosed with and what meds he is on. Also it takes about a month to see PSU staff, and when you do see them , they rush you out of the room when you need to tell him something important. That is like they don't want to help and hear the inmates’ problems. 

Also, Steven has been having problems with the COs when they don't do nothing to him when he has a problem with other inmates. It messes with his mentality in a bad way. He is sick of these problems he has with staff and inmates when it don't get resolved. He is a convicted sex offender and he feels like he is being targeted by staff and inmates. He believes this is a hate crime. He is not the only one who feels this way. I do too.

 Note: tazing is a big problem- the guards are untrained and overworked- many forced to work two shifts. They use tazers all the time necessarily- supervisors are the only ones that are supposed to taze but everyone does at a whim. I just wrote the  Sheriff FDL county at request of TCI woman tazed 4 times. One trouble is that the guards type up the prisoners statements and get it all wrong - cutting and changing at will. And the new point system does not allow appeals for minor conduct reports and  it is used to retaliate .

   Today during showers a corrections officer, in an attempt to subdue inmates who were fighting, did kick one of the inmates in the head repeatedly. This was witnessed by at least 10+ inmates. Further after the fight was stopped, one inmate in hand cuffs, one of the involved inmates was unsecured and allowed to attack the secured inmate. This happened with 6+ corrections officers present.

Secondly this is the 2nd week in a row that we have gone 5 or more days without a shower in very high heat and

humidity. This leads to very unhygienic conditions. This also means our clothing,, underwear, shirts, pants and socks are very soiled with sweat and body oils as well as nasty smells as we exchange them at showers. This is very disgusting and tantamount to torture as well as being inhumane.

   All inmates at WCI are being shown by staff, our front line example of how to act, is to treat people, especially those in our care as badly as we can.

    How does any sane person in the community expect people releasing from this community creates environment to reintegrate in to society after any period of time surviving in an environment like I am currently in.

All the current prison environment does is turn out hatred towards society and those that condone this type of

treatment for people who have made mistakes and or are actually innocent of their crimes such as myself.

I ask staff regularly what they are teaching us and how this is making any of us better people for society

reintegration. I never receive any type of answer from those tasked with having the answer by law. Yet we, being held at the many Wisconsin torture concentration camps are considered an offender and criminal.

Shame on those that support the Wisconsin Mega Prison Money generation machine concentration camps. Hitler

and those like him would be proud of the system in Wisconsin. Whats next, urbanization gas in the showers.

Bryant Johnson DCI died 92025/Because of my medical condition, I am now housed in Dodge Infirmary, I need

24hr oxygen. A couple years back I was diagnosed with interstitial lung disease which is irreversible, I got infectedby inhaling pigeon dropping, when I was at Waupun I worked on the sanitation crew for 2years and we cleaned pigeon dropping constantly; at no time was i warned of the health risk when it came to pigeon dropping.Once I speak with the lung specialist this month, I would finally be given medication, and why it took 2 years to give me medication is beyond my comprehension !! That delay caused my condition to worsen, and someone must be held accountable, that's why I am in search of an civil attorney.

I am a old law prisoner, I've been incarcerated 33 years; I am now 58. Since being incarcerated, I've completed all required program's and volunteered for many more. My institution behavior has been good, the last conduct report I've received was 2008, and I've always had a job up until my medical condition.

james lewis 370550 wci 22425 :I almost died in this prison three times in one week, bleeding out and it's all from high blood pressure- 168/ 94 is what it be like and I take blood pressure meds and the doctor not helping. My red blood count is 3.3 and white ones are 11- 12.1 and a black nurse became a whistleblower and now they're following her through the town of Dodge scaring her and she told myself in an officer from a different prison who's a “two weeker” that her and her family fear for her life. Michael McCalvin- CCI  health care for structural problems and diabetes

Denial of health aids prescribed by outside Doctor: He was severely beaten at age 9 and has had structural problems since. He has epilepsy, is diabetic,has osteoporosis and he has a fake eye.He was recommended for medium placement in February. He needs to be moved to a facility where he can get the healthcare he needs

He was prescribed no stairs, bottom bunk , cane , walker,staff by doctor/denied by  special needs committee/fell down stairs on 42825/ hospital xrays showed back and hip damage. When he returned to CCI he could not get out of bad to get his food and staff counted that as refusal. He  is still waiting for medical mattress, wheel chair and low bunk.

On ________ he was Given Wrong insulin and passed out. Nurse Taylor apologized but he no longer trusts them and refuses insulin when the wrong nurse attends him.REMEDIES EXHAUSTED

 I’m still having trouble with HSU about my medical restrictions being put in place. I filed an ice,  wrote Madison, the ice is pending. I've had diabetic shoes, low bunk, pillow, wedge, for years at CCI, they were in docs as permanent, I got here at 3:21/23, wrote Hsu 3223 about my restrictions, I am told to be, I am in Special Needs Process, any advice?

Kevin Washington 669840     624 letter to prison        Kevin received some bendril from another prisoner while on recreation- this was witnessed by a guard and Keviin was given a conduct report and his  HERPES medicine was discontinued. Somehow the delivery of Benedril was construed as misusing his herpes medication. I understand there was some confusion at start that the med passed was the herpes med but that theory was dispelled when benedrill was found on Kevin.

        I ask that you unwind this confusion and give Kevin his needed herpes meds. I do not know the exact rule or law but I do know that meds cannot be used as a punishment- You may discipline Kevin for his rule infraction but NOT by denying him needed meds.
